Continuously, measured dynamically and controlled to be fed by our company.
This product is suitable to be used in the following two control systems which are also developed by our company
1. Frequency governing dosing continuous feeding system (With PL-91A weighting indicator and Frequency governor);
2. Computer centralized control dosing continuous feeding system (With PL-91A computer centralized control system and multichannel amplifier, so one set of the system can control 16 channels or above, and that is to say it can control two mill at the same time.)
Constructions features
(1)Integration and direct connection deceleration motor, with low noises, small vibration, dust resistant, long life and high reliability;
(2)The annular belt without joint can transport the materials smoothly and without leakage;
(3)The flange at the end face for reducer is connected with the driving roller of the weighing Scale directly, and it can simplify the design of the transmission part to make the installation very convenient;
(4)Particular design of spring leaf weighing mechanism and low electromagnetism gear speed detector, the weighing signals and the tachometer signals are accurate and stable;
(5)Particular anti-meandering equipment for the belt;
(6)The weighing scale is installed under the raw materials silo, and requires no electrical vibrating feeder or any other intermediate feeding facilities.
