2.How is your production management and quality control system?

Except  CUPC,ACS,EN817,EN1111, ISO9001 approval , We have a Full production line including Casting , Machining , Polishing and Assembling . Also we have a qualified QC team who inspect your order according to the international standard, including appearance test, material test, drop test, package test ect. 

3.How to get a sample?

Sample is available.but sample charge is prepaid ,which is refundable up on order confirm                  

4.Do you accept OEM service ?

Sure ,We are quite professional for OEM service.

5.What is your MOQ ?
 
100pcs each model or mixed models

6.What is the payment terms?
 
30% by TT as deposit, the balance 70% upon the copy of BL.
 

7.What about the leading time?

Trial order :7-15days
Bulk order :20-40days depen on different products and qty 
                                               
8.what about warranty?                                                                      
 
For the faucets,we have 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side were found in this period,we will send you the replacement in your next new order.
