Manufacturing process:

     Steel making (EBT + LF (VD) + ESR);

• Forged using both hydraulic press and rotary forging;

• Annealing;

• Rough machining;

• Magnetic testing;

• Heat treatment - either vertical or horizontal;

• Ultrasonic testing;

• Finish machining including threading if required;

• Chrome plating; and

• Thread phosphating.
