2. Application Area :
It is suitable for the evaporation and crystallization of materials with high concentration, high viscosity, insoluble solids and so on .
For example, the recovery of sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, and so on.
3. Mainly parameter :
1). The concentration ratio is large and the circulation type is forced, so that the liquid with larger viscosity is easy to flow and evaporate.
2).Through the forced circulation, the evaporator can be heated evenly in the tube and can prevent the "dry wall" phenomenon.
3).The disadvantages are mainly the large volume of the pump and the relatively high electricity consumption. At the same time, due to the large flow of the pump, the equipment will vibrate greatly and it must be attached to the support of the workshop or the steel structure.
