Principle

By measuring the serum of a dog/cat to detect whether it is pregnant or not.

Animals: Canine and feline.

How to use

1. Get venous blood from dag or cat about 1-2ml.

2. Put into the micro centrifuge with rotate speed 4000 r/min for 15mins,use pipette to get about 100ul serum.

3. Put serum to test card sample area.

4. Wait for about 15 mins to get result. 

 

Note:

1. Since there is difference for the result on different animals,we suggest you to test after breeding for 25days for first time. If both C/T are red then it is pregnant.

2. If first time test no pregnancy,can wait one more week(30days after breeding) to test again, if still only C red then it is not pregnant for sure.
