MEE/ TVR/ MVR OSLO chemical Industries Crystallizer

Oslo type crystallizer was invented and designed by F. jeremiasson of Oslo crystallizing company of Finland in 1924. It is named after Oslo City, Norway, where the original design company is located. It is also called crystal growth type and boiling layer type. The characteristic of Oslo type crystallizer is that it can make the crystal nucleus grow in the boiling layer, which is not limited by the residence time. It can crystallize larger particles than FC type and DTB type, and the crystal size can be more than 3.0 mm. It is composed of heating chamber, condensing water bucket, evaporation crystallization chamber, horizontal axial-flow pump and circulation pipe; evaporation and crystallization chamber is composed of central circulation pipe (boiling layer), evaporation chamber and crystallization chamber. The size of the crystallizing chamber should be designed according to the characteristics of materials and the requirements of crystal size. The larger the grain size requirement, the longer the crystallization time, the larger the volume of the crystallizing chamber. The crystallization time is usually 6-10 hours, or even longer. The volume of the crystallization chamber is 6-10 times as much as the feed volume < m3 / h >.
