Q2: What is the estimated delivery date?
A2: The production will start after the payment received. The exact delivery date will be subject to the order quantity and production schedule situation when the order placed. Normally, the delivery date will be within 7-10 working days.


Q3: How to operate the installation and parameter?
A3: On-site and On-line training are available. Currently,   on-site training are impracticable, but the on-line training is preferred, including video meeting, various video and files, which will be organized by our sales manager and professional engineers.

Q4: How about the warranty?
A4: The standard warranty is 2 years, since the date of B/L or AWB. Exceeded warranty is possible depending on the order quantity and cooperation level.

Q5: Which type of Certificates granted?
