The threading diameter range of ZTD is 16-40mm, which fully meets the market demand. Threading length is less than or equal to 110mm, guarantees the length requirement of steel bar , the maximum length of feeding line is 12m, the transmission speed of steel bar is 58-62m/min, realizing efficient and fast transmission of steel bar. The shortest length of material feeding and receiving is 2m, fully meets the needs of short rebar processing. Single threading time is 35-50s, depending on the length of rebar, 800-1000 wire heads can be processed every day; two ways of transporting reinforcing bar, photoelectric and time, are adopted to avoid photoelectric damage resulting in shutdown of production.
According to the customer's on-site processing situation, a variety of processing modes can be set up, which can be switched freely only through the man-machine interface, and can meet the different processing needs of customers. Touch screen fault prompt design, equipment failure man-machine interface can display alarm information to prompt customers to quickly troubleshoot, saving maintenance costs and time. Customers set up the quantity of processing, automatic shutdown after production, to avoid waste of raw materials. The storage of steel bars in batches can be realized by two stages of silo series. The steel bar sleeve grinding production line can be connected with shearing and sawing freely to realize linkage production, so that the whole production line can realize automatic production.
5.Notices for use
1)The operator is not allowed to operate the equipment until he is knowledgeable about the equipment performance after the supplier's technology train.
2) Forbid the non-operator to close to the equipment when it is on operation,especially pay attention to the clothes and arms in case of being sucked into the machine and then cause personal injury.
3) Loosen clothing,garments adorned with ribbons or easy to be sucked into the machine are forbidden when the workers are at work. Women with long hair have to wear their hair up and tucked beneath the safety helmet
4) Do not touch the idler wheel or other rotating mechanism with your hands or any part of your body when the wheel is running on assembly line,in case of being sucked into the machine and then cause personal injury.
5) It is forbidden to clean the electrical equipment with water or compressed air. Water is strictly prohibited in the electric control cabinet.
To ensure that the electric control cabinet is not doused by water or exposed to the sun.
6) The operators should take safety precautions when equipment needs to be repaired,and cut off the power when necessary.
7) Unauthorized operation of equipment by non-operators is strictly prohibited ( especially to modify the built- in parameters such like frequency converter ,servo and touch screen,etc)
