In the face of the global COV panic, in order to solve the urgent need for vaccines, S-conning upgraded and optimized the technology of the prefilled syringe labeling system to enhance the stability of the machine's performance. The S400 Assembly and labeling of disposable syringes played an important role in the mass production of vaccines during this special period .
S-CONNING S400 Full Automatic Assembly and Label of Disposable Syringes
1.The range of application :
The equipment is Sophisticated developed for connect with the prefilled syringes system and labeling of prefilled syringe. When connecting with automatic nest-removed along with light inspection and automatic syringe rod tidy , It can automatically complete the functions of:
1. Needle tube automatic take off the nest-removing
2. Upper needle rod feeding mechanism
3. Combination booster
4. Combination torsion bar
5. Safety combination round & square needle tube mechanism
6. Syringes labeling
7. Buffer platform
8, 12 in 1 channels function
The S200 Assembly and labeling of disposable syringes is a compact , continuous -motion machine with a modular design for the assembly of disposable syringes , the basic module applies self-adhesive labels from a roll to glass or plastic syringes and inserts plunger rods into plunger stoppers without exerting pressure at speeds of up to 12000 disposable syringes per hour.
2.Model characteristics:
*Mainly for assembly the rod and labeling after filling&sealing with the disposable syringes,
stable production capacity can reach to 200bpm,
*Tolerance range: 0.2~0.5ml (the gap between the top of the push rod and the surface of the rubber plug)
*Synchronously performing functions such as needle nesting, pusher rod feeding, screwing rod, and labeling etc
*Sophisticated material
*Aviation grade craftwork.
*The versatile combination can be connected or saparately .
*Optional spray coding, stamping coding, laser coding, etc., online label printing unit, and can be added with visual detection & automatic rejection devices, etc
