Principle of the Procedure:The test is based on the principle of double antibody sandwich immunoassay for the determination of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) antigen in human feces.Anti-H.Pylori Monoclonal antibody 1, anti-H.Pylori Monoclonal antibody 2,anti-rabbit polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify HP antigen specifically.This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 15 minutes.Test results are read visually without any instrument.
