INTENDED USE
One Step H. Pylori Serum/Plasma Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to H. pylori in serum or plasma as an aid in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection.
 
FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• Simple and fast - special sample dilution bottles are easy to drop, minimize the operation steps (one-step method), easy to use and interpretation of results.
• Accuracy - Compared with ELISA kit,the kit has high sensitivity of 99% and specificity of 99.2%.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
 
1. Before the test, the kit, buffer, patient samples and masculine control fluid back to temperature (20-30 ºC)
2. after everything is ready to open the test kits bags. Indicate the patient name or control.
3. plus:Serum or plasma samples: use a pointed straw to add sample provided by the hole vertical add 1 drops (about 20 ul) in serum or plasma, or use the washer quantitative add 20 l serum or plasma.Whole blood sample: with a straw to add sample hole vertical add 2 drops (about 40 ul) whole blood, or use the washer quantitative add 40 ul whole blood.Fingertip blood samples: with a straw from at least 40 ul of whole blood, add 2 drops to add sample hole vertical fresh whole blood.
4. Then add three or four drops of buffer.
5. Timing, observation results: 5 minutes to read the results. Strong positive results may appear in response soon. Please do not read the result after eight minutes.

Q1: How can i distinguish a good test kit ?

A1: U can judge from the 4 facts:
Technical data: Such as the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity.
Pouch sealing: Tight enough. If the foil pouch is not sealed well, the humidity in circustance will destroy the reactivity of antibodies labeled on NC membrane. Shelf life will be shorten down.
Flow speed: The shorter the better?? NO!! The reaction of antibodies on NC membrane and antigens in specimen usually requires quite a while to work sufficiently. U can refer to the instruction for more accurate time.
Background: Good test usually gives clean background after running. If there are red smears in the reading window, it usually caused by bad colloidal gold technology or bad NC membrane. Sometimes, the defect caused false positive result in practice.

Q2:Can I have a sample for our testing?

A2: Yes, free samples are available by freight collected. And we will return the freight in the first order.

A3: Usually 1-7 days, since it was produced against specific demands to guarantee most freshness.

A4: 1) 30~70% T/T advance, balance before delivery, Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Delivery time usually 1-45 days after receiving the deposit.
