Product Description

It is with strong dispersion and emulsification. Speckle-proof agent is the auxiliary after acid dyeing of Nylon. It can effectively prevent color spot resulted from cationic acid levelling agent with anionic acid fixing agent settling on the fabrics after drying & sizing treatment.

Remark:

Working as resistance for speckle settling from the acid fixer of nylon and nylon spandex fabrics


Application Procedure:

* Dosage: Speckle-proof agent 1.0 ~ 1.5 g/L
* Treatment mothed: After dyeing and in wash, add it into the water and do treatment at the temperature of 40-50ºC for 20 minutes.

Dyeing - Drainage - Washing 1 to 2 times - Drainage - 40~50ºC Treatment - Drainage - Color Fixing

Packaging and Storage:

120KG/Package plastic drums (with plastic bag lining). Storage in cool and ventilate place. No heat and exposure. 12 months for storage period.
