The smooth silicone oil sc-98082 is a new type of double nitrogen atom modified silicone emulsion with "steric hindrance amino ". It has excellent softness and smoothness and very high yellowing resistance. It is suitable for the soft finishing of cotton, rayon and polyester / cotton blended fabrics.

[Application]

1. It is suitable for finishing all kinds of cellulose fabrics and blended fabrics, which can give smooth and delicate handle;

2. It is especially suitable for handle finishing of light, bright and bleached fabrics;

3. Very low yellowing, low color change, almost no effect on the original fabric shade;

4. It is also suitable for bleaching whitened fabric without affecting the color and luster of whitening agent.

[Usage]

1. Padding method: the dosage is generally 30-50g / L.

2. Impregnation process: the dosage is generally 1-2% (o.w.f), the soaking time is 15-30 minutes at room temperature, and then dehydrated and dried.

The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the test; the experiment proves that the product is better and safer in weak acid condition (pH value is 5.0-6.0)!

[Precautions]

2. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

3. After the best deadline does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be carried out before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.

[Packaging and storage]

50kg / drum 120kg / drum plastic drum (lined with plastic bags);

It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is half a year.
