Ultrasonic Cavitation technology enables a concentrated energy to be directed within the patient only at localized adiposities zone, and is thus capable of selectively disrupting the subcutaneous fat cells. After destruction of adipose tissue, the fat in the form of triglycerides is released into the interstitial fluid between the cells, where they are enzymatically metabolized to glycero and free fatty acids. Water-soluble glycerol travels into the circulatory system and contribute to new energy generation whereas the insoluble free fatty acids enters the liver, then they are decomposed like and other simply fatty acid consumed from food.
