OVERVIEW
Oleamide is a non-ionic surfactant, also known as 9-octadecane-dilute acid amide and oleamide. It is mainly used as smoothing and antistatic agent for high pressure polyethylene (LDPE) film and its composite film, multilayer coextrusion film, Pu surface treatment agent and fiber masterbatch; Plastic surface printing (composite) ink and anti binder, leveling agent and smooth brightener of PE thermoplastic dip powder; Lubricants and dispersants for toner, color paste and color masterbatch; Functional opening and smooth masterbatch are essential excellent additives: they can also be used as metal protective rib agent and lubricant for polyolefin sheets.USES & EFFECTIVENESS
1. Low density polyethylene (LDPE) film material must be added with chemical additives. 2. It is also a modifier of plastic ink.
3. It is also used as lubricant, antistatic agent and anti caking additive for polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (GPPS) and phenolic (PF) resin.
4. It can be used as lubricant and film remover for various thick color masterbatch such as polyethylene, polypropylene and synthetic fiber and cable (insulation) materials.
5. It is used as an additive for polypropylene (sealing gasket) pressing sheet, high-efficiency heat sealing sheet and sealing material.
6. As well as metal protectants, stabilizers for melamine formaldehyde tableware products, antifreeze additives for brake lubricating oil, lubricants for coatings, dispersion stabilizers for aluminized coatings, and oil drilling additives.
