Pale yellow to white crystalline powder with persistent and intense citrus aromas typical of grapefruit at low dilution. Unlike naturally obtained naringin, this bio-fermentation technology produces a very high content of naringin up to 98%, with excellent stability.


Use instructions                                                                                         

Mainly used for preparation of round grapefruit, orange, tropical fruits and other citrus edible flavor. Also widely used in the daily chemical essence formula.
It can also be used to enhance the explosive aroma of citrus flavor. The addition of 5% or more in the essence formula has the effect of preventing mosquitoes.

Produced by biological fermentation, the starting material of naringone is natural valencia citrine. It is obtained by oxidation.
