1. When can I get the quotation?

Within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are urgent to get the price, please call us or you can tell us in your email so that we'll regard your inquiry priority.

2. Can I get a sample to check your quality?

Before you place the final order, you need to get the product sample to confirm the quality. We understand you can not judge the quality by the photos or images only. You have to get it to touch and feel it.
And then, you will get confirmation that the quality of the bulk order will be the same as the sample. You won't have the risks to receive the quality in the bulk order is not as good as the samples.

3. Can you do the design for us?

We have a professional design team with rich experience. So you just tell us your ideas and we'll carry out your ideas to reality.

4. Can you produce the products as per our design?

Yes, our company is specialized in custom products. You just need to provide us the product photo, the design drawing, and the product specification like the size and material, then we'll produce the products for you.

5. How do you pack the products?

We usually use shockproof foam with carton box pack the goods. But we can also pack the products as per the customer's request.
