The EETO-FPC6020 series of newly designed fully enclosed metal tube cutters is a special metal tube cutter that protects the operator through a full cover of fully transparent acrylic glass, while also allowing the quality of work to be monitored at all times.

Suitable for various types of metal pipe, such as : Square pipe, round pipe, angle steel, channel steel, I-beam steel, galvanized pipe, oval pipe, runway pipe, triangle pipe, etc.

The EETO-FPC6020 series of newly designed fully enclosed metal tube cutting machine is used in tube metal processing, aviation, aerospace, electronics, electrical appliances, subway parts, automobiles, grain machinery, textile machinery, engineering machinery, precision parts, ships, metallurgical equipment, elevators, household appliances, craft gifts, tool processing, decoration, advertising, metal processing, kitchenware processing and other manufacturing and processing industries.

The material : the max cutting thickness(carbon steel) is 18mm,in terms of various cutting thickness, we adopt different laser power.The max cutting length can reach 6mm or customized for even longer.

The cutting method: fiber laser cutting.

Any patent and dimension can be cut. Even the centrifugal and non-centrifugal pipe can be vertical intersected.

It is capable of cutting a cylinder intersect hole for the auxiliary pipe. Besides, it could reach the vertical match of auxiliary pipe and main pipe.

Good cut quality in cutting inclined cross section.

Any square and circular hole can be cut.

Any patent could be cut in square/rectangle/oval pipe.

After-sales Service

Warranty period: From the acceptance qualified date, the warranty period will be 1 (one) year, Seller is responsible to offer free fittings in these years (except consumable part.) Buyer has to send the damaged fitting to sellers.
 
After the warranty, we will also provide favorable service of long term technical supports and spares supply to ensure machine's stable and continuous running.

The artificial damage in the warranty period and damage after warranty period, Seller offers paid service.
 
 The Seller will give 24 hours service support during warranty time, and giving technical guide by email, telephone, Fax for daily maintenance, if need local support, Buyer has to pay for the travel and accommodation & meal cost for the people from seller's side, no labor charge require.

If products are out of warranty and require on site service, Buyer have to pay for the travel and accommodation & meal cost for the people from seller's side, labor charge is require, USD150/day per people.
 
About the transportation expenses of spare parts will be supported by both parties in the warranty period, like Buyer support the cost of transportation for damage spare part back to supplier; Seller support the new spare part deliver to Buyer.
