Sliding guide ,linear rolling guide
The movement components for pultrusion machine clamping have two types.one is sliding guide rod, the other one is linear rolling guide. Guide rod type is simple, low cost, convenient for production. Rolling linear guide precision is higher, which structure is complex, its runtime friction resistance is small,high mechanical efficiency.
 




Pultrusion machine hydraylic system
Pultrusion machine hydraylic system configuration requirements are different from the production materials are regional difference. it is based on the requirements of material production.  Due to eh pultrusion machines continuous production, which  oil temperature should be high. the machine must be cooling controlled. in the aspect of cooling system, there are water cooling syetem and wind cooling system.

Hydraulic cutting machine
Hydraulic cutting machine is for on-line automatic cutting.it can cut the FRP profiles without stop during the production. The cutting machine power is supplied by a hydraulic control system. Which running speed more smoothly and the cutting power is bigger.
We also produce the pultrusion dies. Just tell me what size and type profile do you need to produce,or give us the die drawing, and we will make it according to your demand.The die inner material is hard chromed, and out side is 45# steel.
