Q1:How could I get the samples?
A1: Small items sent by DHL,TNT, Fedex, large products shipped by ocean, If you have containers or other goods in China, we can ship together.

Q2:Where is your loading port?
A2: We usually export from Ningbo or Shanghai Port in China. 

Q3: What is your factory's main products?
A3: Household UF/RO water filter, water vending machine and hot/cold intergrated ro water dispenser..

Q4: What's the MOQ for OEM brand?
A: MOQ is 50~100pcs, according to the model and specific requirements from client.

Q5:What about the payment?
A5: T/T and L/C sight.

Q6:What's your delivery time?
A6:As we real direct factory, we can deliver MOQ order within 20 days since we get deposit.
