SMK2200 High Level Bag Palletizer Machine
Brief information
Automatic high level bag palletizer can stack bigger pallet with higher level and speed compared to the robot palletizer and low level palletizer; high-levelr palletizer is a dedicated high-speed automatic palletizing Equipment. High-level palletizing machine will be transport bags to a certain height, according to PLC program, then bags will be translocated, grouped, pushed and stacked on the pallet, finally the full pallet will be conveyed out the system.
Application scope
It is widely used in petrochemical, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, feed, grain, non-ferrous minerals and building materials industries which has high requirements for palletizing type and high-speed palletizing after packaging, and robots cannot be used.
Working Principle
High-level palletizing is combined by climbing conveyors, slow-stop shaping machines, direction changing machine, grouping machine, bag pushers, layer machine, elevators, pallet warehouses, pallet conveyors, palletizing conveyors, elevated platforms, and control systems. It is characterized by high stack quality, neat stack shape and not loose. The upper and lower conveyors are used to press the bag to shape the package to form a regular rectangular shape. The control system uses Siemens (SIEMENS) programmable controllers, inverters, photoelectric switches and magnetic switches to form the main body of the control system to achieve the entire coordinated contro of transportation, grouping, and stacking.
Working Process
1, Bags/boxes/crates travel up the in-feed conveyor
2, Slightly inclined gripper receives the bag/box/crate and places it against its back edge
3, Centralization unit inside gripper places bags/boxes/crates straight in the lateral centre of the gripper width
4, Gripper doors open simultaneously. Bags are dropped on sliding doors. Boxes and crates are lowered on sliding doors by centralization unit
5, Pallet is lifted up the enclosed stacking cage to be right underneath the sliding doors where individual layers are formed
6, Once layer is complete, squeeze collar compresses it to create a tight confined layer to the pallet's dimensions
7, Sliding doors open to place layer on the pallet
8, Sliding doors close and a new layer is started. At the same time, pallet moves up to press against underside of the sliding doors to press and flatten recently formed layer
9, Pallet drops back down slightly for next layer to be placed on a flatten surface
10, Process is repeated until pallet is complete
11, As the pallet exits, a new layer starts. The sliding doors provide buffer to allow continuous palletizing
