PURPOSE
It can measure accurately the size, angle, shape and position of the different workpieces, and various parameters of external thread. This machine is suit for using in measuring room, inspection station, colleges and universities together with science research institute of those manufacturing, such as machinery, precise tool & mould, instrument & meter, aviation, automobile, electron, plastic and rubber. It is used to inspect and control the quality of machine elements, measuring tools, cutters, clamping apparatus, moulds, electronic components, circuit boards, punching templates, plastics and rubbers.
SPECIFICATION
The main microscope is equipped with many kinds of eyepieces and objectives with wide filed of view and high clear imaging.
It adopts photoelectric display techniques and uses precision optical grating scale as measuring components, the measuring length is shown with numbers, thus it is convenient for users to get data directly.
The main microscope can sway left and right, which is suit for measure helical components.
It is equipped with center cradle, so it also can measure axiform workpieces.
