PP building formwork (915 mm wide and 15-17 mm thick) is green, low cost, high efficiency, energy saving, long life and recyclable. It exceeds the technical standards of other formwork, and can be used for chemical solvent tank, decorative partition wall, furniture and similar appliances materials and decorative auxiliary materials.

There are many kinds of screen changers, which can be divided into plate type or column type. They can be divided into single station or double station.
The advantages of plate type are material saving and suitable for materials with good fluidity.
The advantage of double-column type is that it can work continuously when changing screen, but the disadvantage is that it may wastes a lot because melting plastic in it

Metering pumps:
Importing 250cc (two gear extrusion volume) Mag brand melt metering pump from Switzerland, accurate and stable.

ABB AC frequency conversion control, imported sensors accurately detect the pressure before and after the pump, to ensure that products do not deform.
Material with different pressures before pump can be adjusted by metering pump and enter distributor and die with the same pressure after pump.
K-type thermocouple detects temperature to prevent friction heating caused by high pressure

Mold:
The heating rod is inserted in the middle, and the opening of the die lip is changed by rotating the adjusting screw of the die lip. The clockwise rotating opening decreases and the counter-clockwise rotating opening increases (only for the die lip has been depressed, and the flexible die lip is reset through the elastic deformation of the material itself).
Chromium plating treatment in runner ,while polishing to mirror with 11 heating areas and 9 cores.
The cuboid in the figure below is a co-extrusion distributor. The distribution structure is A+B+A

The length is 6000mm. The aluminium idler is connected with the tractor and can move as a whole. It can be equipped with an electrostatic eliminator to prevent static electricity.

Trimming device:
The number of cutters is four, the width can be adjusted, and the front and back can be adjusted.

Tractor
1. Cots are made of nitrile-butadiene rubber in two groups.
Domestic famous Dongli servo motor and speed reducer can be replaced by Huichuan or Anchuan motor with Falk reducer according to customer requirements.
2.Cylinder makes upper roll move up and down to adjust traction force

Upper-cut transverse cutter:
The thickness of sawing is about 15-17 mm and cut board up to 30mm thickness .
The meter is imported from Korea Autonix and controlled by encoder.
Longitudinal movement is under pneumatic control.

Electrical control system:
The control system adopts Siemens PLC 7 series.
