Alcohol Soluble Rosin Modified Maleic Resin

Appearance:
Light yellow transparent beads

Properties:
It is made from maleic modified rosin through esterification with polyalcohol. It could be dissolved in mixed solvent of toluene and alcohol, alcoholic solvent with fast drying and high gloss. They also could be used for water-based inks when the alcohol solution in neutralized to PH7 by amine, then diluted to hydrotropic solution with purification water, use for water-base systems.

Usage:
For alcohol soluble intaglio printing inks, gloss oil polish and water-base inks
