Introduction
MagPure Soil DNA LQ Kits are specifically designed for Soil DNA extraction.The kit uses silica gel column purification technology, combined with the original humic acid sorbent technology, suitable for the extraction of high yield and purity of total DNA from a variety of soil, such as forest soil, grassland soil, mining soil, sediment and other samples.The humic acid adsorbent can efficiently adsorb humic acid and other inhibitors in soil samples, and the purified DNA can be directly used in PCR, Southern hybridization and enzyme digestion experiments.
Principle
The MagPure purification system uses highly binding superparamagnetic magnetic particles as the matrix. Under the condition of high concentration of ionizing agent (such as guanidine hydrochloride or guanidine isothiocyanate), the nano-magnetic particles can adsorb nucleic acids by hydrogen bonding and electrostatic, while the protein or other impurities are not adsorbed and removed.Nanoparticles adsorbed to nucleic acids are washed to remove proteins and salts, and the nucleic acids can finally be eluted from the particles with a low-salt Buffer (such as Buffer TE) or water.The obtained nucleic acid has high purity and can be directly used in various downstream experiments.The MagPure LQ system uses a solution system and purification method designed specifically for pipetting workstations and manual extraction.
MagPure SOIL DNA LQ Kit is a purification method based on high binding force nano-magnetic particles.The sample is digested by lysate and protease and the DNA is released into the lysate.The binding solution and magnetic particles are added to adsorb the DNA, while the protein is not adsorbed and removed.The DNA particles were washed with a detergent solution to remove proteins and other impurities, then washed with ethanol to remove salt, and finally the DNA was eluted with a low-salt Buffer (Buffer TE).The eluted DNA can be directly used in PCR, second-generation sequencing, microarray analysis, virus detection and other experiments.

Storage conditions and Validity
Magpure Soil DNA Kits, except Absorber Solution and Magpure Particles N, can be dried and stored at room temperature (15-25ºC) for 12 months.It should be stored at 2-8ºC for long-term storage.Absorber Solution and Magpure Particles N must be stored at 2-8ºC.At low temperature, Buffer SDS and Buffer GDP may precipitate, and the precipitate is completely dissolved in a water bath at 55ºC.
