Q1. Can I have a sample order ?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 2-3 days, mass production time needs confirm with our sales.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How to order?

A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or we can make you proforma invoice under your request.
We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.
1)Product information - Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological if needed) and Packing requirements etc.
2)Delivery time required.
3)Shipping information-Company name, address, Phone &Fax number, Destination address.
4)Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6.  Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, Lifetime warranty on hardware.
