Product Description
The triethylene glycol dehydration skid is commonly used
in the natural gas processing station, gas gathering station
and single well test production site of onshore condensate
gas field, and the wellhead platform of offshore condensate
gas field.

(TEG) process for dehydration of natural gas with
triethylene glycol belongs to solvent absorption method,
which is one of the most widely used methods in natural gas
industry at present.

It based on the principle of absorption,
glycols are used as absorbents to fully contact with natural
gas to transfer water to the solvent so as to achieve the
purpose of dehydration.

Working Principle
The process flow of triethylene glycol dehydration device is typically used for sulfur-free natural gas in wellhead or
purified gas from alcohol amine desulfurization device.

The triethylene glycol dehydration device is mainly composed
of two parts: the absorption and the regeneration system,the core equipment of the process is the absorption tower.
 
The dehydration process of natural gas is completed in the absorption tower, and the regeneration tower completes the regeneration operation of rich liquid of triethylene glycol.

Features
 
Applicable to natural gas gathering and transportation with large gas volume and the requirement for water dew point is not too high.
 
The corrugated plate heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer coefficient, large logarithmic average
temperature difference, long service life, small occupied area, light weight, small end temperature difference, low fouling coefficient, etc. and its heat transfer coefficient is 3 ~ 5 times that of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, its volume is only about 30% of that of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
 
It adopt fluid electric gear special pump with low viscosity, with a wide range of pump flow and pressure range,
convenient flow adjustment.
 
All the equipment, instruments, pipelines and valves are installed on the skid for easy on-site installation and relocation.
