Automatic Fruit Juice Hot Filling Machine Juice Production Making Filling Line System Pet Bottling Filling Machine Juice Processing Packaging Equipment
RFC-H series juice filling machines are designed especially for bottling synthetic juices (RTS) or HOT filled juices, tea (filled at up to 98 centigrade degrees), with optional capacity ranging from 1000BPH to 32000BPH, it adopts the pressure & rotative filling style.
1. Centre filling valves used which are designed for maximum flow rate and minimum bottle distortion during HOT filling.
2. Inbuilt CIP arrangement provided on the juice filling machines for fill tank and fill valve sanitation.
3. Dummy caps provided fitting on all filling valves during CIP.
4. Automatic PLC controlled valve washing cycle before commencement of every production cycle for overall hygiene.
5. Unique filling cam designs which prevents filling up to the bottle collar without spillage.
6. Bypass line provided for flushing the product fill tank after completion of CIP
7. Supper heavy stainless steel juice tank build in
Filling part of juice production line:
1)The filling station using all metal (not plastic) 304 stainless steel contact parts gives consistent accurate, high precision filling nozzle together with vacuum pump regurgitant system, to ensure the high filling precision, ensure same filling level
2)Filling temperature is ajustable.
3)When juice tempearture not reach setting parameter, juice will automatic feedback to vacuum pump regurgitant system, then to UHT ssystem to re-sterilizer
4) Centre 304L stainless steel filling nozzle used which are designed for maximum flow rate and minimum bottle distortion during HOT filling.
5)All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean
6)No bottle no filling
7)Bypass line provided for flushing the product fill tank after completion of CIP, easy clean
