I. General Descriptions of the Product
SG40 fire-extinguishing water tanker uses 4 × 2 chassis; with the function of water supply, fire fighting in a vehicle.
II. Features of the product
1. The strong ability in battle use. The Truck is equipped with a double-row, four-door and 6-complement cab to satisfy the demands of fire forces on centralized delivery.
1. Vehicle Body
1. The body structure adopts steel frame and welded-steel plate construction;
2. The non-slip pattern aluminum plates are adopted on the roof of the Truck;
3. Equipped with lighting, the body is divided into module apparatus compartments category by category, in consideration of demands of the Truck on apparatus configuration;
4. The equipment supporter made of aluminum plates shall be firmly designed to keep the equipment firm and reliable during the driving;
5. The tank shall adopt the handle-type aluminum alloy shutter; and
6. On its rear, the Truck is equipped with a skid-proof ladder for up and down.
2. Fire Extinguishing Tank
1. The volume of the tank is 3,800L.
2. The tank is made of 304 stainless steel,thickness 3mm;
3. Design features of the tank
3.1 The tank is installed on the holder of the Truck and is elastically connected to avoid the impact of the tank during the driving of the Truck;
3.2 A partition plate is installed inside the tank to avoid the shaking of water during the moving of the Truck; and
3.3 The tank is designed with a drain hole and a manhole.
