High Speed needle punching machine
By means of the needle punching process, the fiber will be entangled to create cohesive force that makes the fiber web to be bonded.It's applicable for making a variety of nonwovens: carpet, felt, interlining, geotextile, filtration media etc.
High speed needle punching machine, the needling frequency reach to 1600rpm which almost vibration free by virtue of the special balancing structure.
Mechanical details:
1)Up or down stroke are optional 
1)Durable aluminum alloy needle board with pneumatic locator
2)Bed & stripper plate made of superior alloy steel, processed with polishing and electroplating treatment, with calibration mark and electrical lifted.
3)Main needle board beam made of superior manganese steel, via heat treatment to eliminate internal stress.
4)Main components like bearing products, pushrod, bent axle are all selected products
5)Independent lubrication system with air-cooling system and leakage detector
