GS-441524 is a small molecule with a scientific name of nucleoside triphosphate competitive inhibitor, which shows strong
antiviral activity against many RNA viruses. It can inhibit the replication of several different types of RNA viruses.

GS-441524 is the second targeted antiviral drug for the treatment of feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) after GC376. It is a
kind of antiviral drug that can inhibit the replication of feline abdominal virus (FIP) Reverse transcriptase inhibitors.
