(4) Barbiturates, phenytoin and rifampicin will weaken the metabolic promoting effect of dexamethaso ne.
(5) Dexamethaso ne increases the toxicity of salicylic acid.
(6) Dexamethaso ne antagonizes vitamin A and should be avoided in combination.
