It is suitable for all kinds of infections. It is effective for both aerobe and anaerobe, Mycoplasma, Legionella and Chlamydia. 

It has antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, negative bacteria, anaerobes, eplasmas and mycoplasma, and can be used for lower respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, gynecology, ear, nose and throat infection and skin soft tissue infection caused by sensitive bacteria such as Escherichia coli.
