Tacrolimus is a macrolide drug isolated from streptomycetes, which has a strong immunosuppressive effect. It can specifically bind and inhibit calmodulin phosphatase activity and il-2 signal transcription, thereby inhibiting T cell activation, chemicalbooktnf-pcr, il-1, il-6 production and T cell-dependent B cell proliferation.Compared with cyclosporine, another calmodulin phosphatase inhibitor, tacrolimus inhibited T cell activation more strongly and had fewer adverse reactions.
