Features:
Made of premium grade tri-ply copper, mirror polished
Glass lid for monitoring the cooking process
Convenient etched marks for easy measuring and cut edge for easy pouring
Suitable for gas stove

Care & Maintenance Instructions:
1. Never heat up the cookware when empty and ensure that the liquid in the food does not completely evaporate. Never leave a pot or pan without attention
2.Please be careful when moving the product or lid as the handle or knobs can be very hot
3. Do not add salt until water is boiling to prevent salt stain. Better not to keep acidic foodstuffs in your cookware for a long time as the acid may react with the material
4. Wash the product by hand after use. Use a sponge or soft cloth by rinsing in hot water

Q1: How to know the quality of the product?
A: We suggest you to buy a sample and check for the quality before 
     mass product. 

Q2: Can I get the free sample?
A: Because we make OEM product and the sample will be made 
    according to the quotation and your requirement, the sample fee is 
    needed. However, we can return the sample fee when the order is 
    placed. 

Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: For regular item, it is 1000-2000 sets. For more detail, pls contact us.

Q4: What is the lead time for the sample?
A: 1. For polish quality checking: you can choose existing sample, which
        takes about 1-3 days.
    2. For final sample: we will make the sample according to the quotation, 
        so it takes about 15 days.  
 
Q5: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: It takes  45-55 days after confirmation of the contract and deposit. 
 
Q6: Can I visit your factory? How can I get there?
A: Yes, you are warmly welcomed. We are located in Jiangmen, 
     Guangdong, China. You can come here by MRT, bus from Guangzhou 
     or Shenzhen. And we can pick you up in the station.  

Q7: Will you exhibit in any fair?
A: Yes, we will exhibit in the Canton Fair every version every year. So pls
    check for the booth number before you come.
