The minimum order is 1 pc.

 2.How long is the delivery time?

It will take from 30 days to 45 days depends on the model and quantity.

 3.Can I order spare parts?

We have all the parts list available for our models,you can buy from us.
we always send 2% free easily-broken spare parts together with container order.

4.How about warranty ?

Offer 12 months warranty for all the electric parts.(Remote controller and Electroninc PCB)Frame 3 years , lithium battery 1.5 years,   motor 1 year, controller 1 year

 5.How about the shipping ?

We can arrange to ship the container or you may have the forwarder.

6.Is sample available?

Yes, sample order is acceptable, there will be extra cost

7.What certificate do you have for factory and this scooter?
Our factory has ISO9001 , WMI...All the models with CE,ROSH,EMC.certifications.

 8. Could i use my own LOGO or design on goods?

Yes. When you have a big quantity mass production order,we can use your own LOGO or your language manual, and etc,

 
 9. Could I get a discounted price?

Yes, if you have a great qty of order, we would give a discount.

 10.Does company accept EURO ?

Yes. We also have EURO account, not only USD.

 11.What is the payment ?

We have some kinds of payment. Such as TT, LC, DP, DA , OA, West Union

12.Did you attend in any aboard exhibition?

We went to Germany, Italy, South America, Taiwan, Hongkong to show goods in last two years.

 13. Did you attend in Canton fair?

Yes. Every year we attend in Spring Canton fair during April 15th-19th and Autumn Canton fair during Oct 15th-19th. Welcome your visit.

 15.How I can go to the factory ?

Lianmei factory is located in Yong kang, Zhejiang, China. It is 1.5hours from Guangzhou by air; it took 1 hour by car from Yiwu; 2 hours by High-speed Railway from Shanghai to Jinhua(Jinghua is near to our city, only 40minutes by car).  Welcome your visit. Warmly welcome!
