PVC UPVC Pipe Extrusion Line
1.PVC Pipe extrusion line, including conical twin screw extruder, pipe die head, vacuum calibrating tank, water spraying tank, haul off machine, cutting machine and stacker.
2. The extrusion line can produce UPVC, PVC-M, PVC-O pipes, mainly used to produce agricultural water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc.
3. Our machine adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder
1. Generally used for processing of PVC powder, it can produce all kinds of PVC pipes,profiles,boards.
2. Self-designed bi-metallic screw and barrel. Good plasticization, high capacity, engergy saving and stable operation.
3. The electric cabinet can be made according to customers' requirement.
4. Mechanical and electrical parts adopt German and Japan parts, durable and stable

Double Chamber Vacuum Calibrator
1. Optimized design tank and water pipe system made from stainless steel.
2. Total length 6000mm
3. Two vacuum chambers are controlled separately, equipped with temperature controllers and water level controllers.
4. The vacuum calibration table can be adjusted up and down, left and righ.
Sparay Cooling Tank
1. When the vacuum calibrator doesn't have enough cooling capacity. The spray cooling tank would be needed for PVC pipe cooling.
