Specification
 
Wood species: Solid meranti, oak, teak, cherry, beech, sourcing overseas
Kiln-Drying: We keep all our wood kiln dried to a moisture content of 8-12%. The moisture level
  is being measured by electronic instruments.
Material & Size: Grade "A" wood optional. Any height, width or thickness that is structurally and 
 aesthetically.
Panels: Structure hardwood V-grooved minimizes the possibility of a joint sepeation.
 Permanently bonded with water type-1 glue.
Stiles & Rail 
Construction:		Mortise and tenon, glued with exterior Type-1 waterproof glue.
Molding: Molding around all lites and panels. Certain designs have recessed molding.
Panel End Sealing: All panels are end sealed with under coat paint before the door is assembled to
 minimize shrinking and swelling.
Frame: Solid one piece wood frame without joint finger.
Surface: Nature veneer, Engineered veneer, Melamine, HPL board finish.
Surface: Polyurethane painting; Glossy, High Glossy, 30% Glossy, Matt.
Lipping: Solid wood lipping, MDF lipping.
Color: Various wood colors can be chosen.
Filling:   Solid particle infilling, full wood infilling
