8.  Primary structure
The green brick cutting machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Frame assembly
2. Cutting push plate drive assembly: servo motor, reducer,drive shaft, linear bearing, wheel gear, toothed bar, push plate,etc.
3. Feed belt assembly: The conveyor belt, active and passive roller, tensioning roller, chain wheel, chain, gear motor, protective plate.etc.

9. Working process description
The strip cutter cuts off the formed clay strip, passes through the acceleration belt, and is transported by the billet feeding belt of the billet cutter to the push plate. The photoelectric switch detects that the clay strip drives the push plate by controlling the servo motor of the billet cutter through the program, and pushes the clay strip across the steel wire to realize the process of cutting.
Adjust the technical parameters of servomotor to meet the requirements of slow start, mid-course acceleration, deceleration when in place, and fast return trip. It can also make the push plate do more than 2 batch pushing.

10.Operation regulations
A.
Starting up
(1). Check whether the fastening screws of the billet cutting machine are tightened, and if they are loose, tighten them timely. Check whether the lubrication of each part is good, and whether the air circuit and solenoid valve are normal.

(2). Check whether there is blank body and dry material on the blank cutting machine. If there is, clear it immediately.
(3). Check the wear condition of each wearing part. If there is any wear, it must be repaired and replaced in time. Check whether the transmission belt and chain are damaged and whether the tightness is appropriate.
(4). Check whether the steel wire of the billet cutter is in good condition. If there is any damage, replace it immediately. Change the size of the provision ready steel wire, so as to break timely replacement, old steel wire is not allowed to throw anywhere
(5). Check whether the wire rope of the wire change frame falls into the corresponding wheel groove.

B. Runtime
(1). During the working process of the green brick cutting machine, the personnel should stand outside the working range of the green brick cutting machine.
(2). During operation, do not touch the blocking photoelectric switch or approach the switch to avoid accidents.

(3). After the wire is interrupted in the operation process, the equipment must be completely stationary before carrying out, and turn off the main power supply of the motor, and then carry out the replacement of the wire.
(4). If any fault occurs during the operation of the equipment, the equipment must be completely stopped for maintenance, and the main power supply of the motor should be turned off and supervised by special personnel to avoid accidents.
(5). Pay attention to the quality of clay strips after cutting by the billet cutting machine at any time. If there are a few unqualified products, they must be removed, and unqualified products are not allowed to enter the next process.
(6). Photoelectric switch, proximity switch must be kept clean.
C. Turn off

(1). After stopping the machine, the cutting machine should be turned off to avoid accidents.
(2). After shutdown, necessary cleaning and maintenance should be carried out on the equipment.
(3). If long always close the machine, should be the steel wire frame blank platform bad material clean, prevent bad material hard and solid, cause trouble to the next boot.
(4). Clean the equipment and environment, make the shift record.

11. Hoisting, installation and debugging of the equipment
(1).It is necessary to pay attention to the connection distance between each mechanism and the height adjustment of relevant work table.
(2).Since the equipment adopts belt drive and chain drive, the belt and chain tensioning (which can be adjusted by the tensioning device of each part) is needed in the installation and adjustment.

(3). Keep the work surface of the system clean and dry, avoid rain and snow and check and clean the wet soil or other sundries on the surface of idlers.
(4). Check the pneumatic diplet frequently to ensure supply of IS0VG32 or equivalent oil in the oil cup.

(5). Each bearing, slide block, gear rack and guide rail need to be lubricated regularly (add lithium grease) to ensure its smooth operation.
(6). After use for a period of time, check the tension of each belt and chain.
(7). Check the sealing condition of each cylinder regularly. If air leakage is found to be serious enough to affect the smooth completion of the system action, the cylinder must be replaced.
(8). Check the tightness of bolts at each moving position regularly.
(9). Dust in the electric cabinet, clean it with compressed air once a month. Please turn off the power of the equipment and keep it clean.
(10). If the drive fails, please refer to the relevant manual provided by us or contact us.
(11). Equipment operation:
a. Turn on the power, turn out the emergency stop switch, and switch each selection switch to the manual position. After pressing the general start button on the operation panel, the status indicator above it flashes.
b. Manually operate the buttons on the touch screen or operation panel, and the relevant actions should be normal. Meanwhile, check the running direction of the motor.
c. The equipment operator should record the parameters of the touch screen parameter setting page for later use.

12.Precautions for system safety of green brick cutter

(1). Equipment power inlet:
RVV3*10+1*4<=4Ω,PVC.This cable is provided by the user, recommended RVV3 * 10 + 1 * 4 to protective grounding cable equipment, earthing resistance < = 4 Ω, otherwise equipment have appear interference may not work properly, electrical installation must be reliable grounding, cable must wear PVC pipe or other insulating pipe buried underground, avoid damage leakage in the process of maintenance, please cut off power supply, or get an electric shock, misoperation, the possibility of failure.
(2). When using the welder, please turn off the power of the equipment first, otherwise it may damage the electrical system of the equipment.
(3). The AC220V ac power supply of the machine is provided by the transformer of the machine (500VA), with limited capacity. Otherwise there is the possibility of burning down transformers and electrical systems.
(4). The protective equipment must be firmly installed and cannot be dismantled.
(5). Operators and nearby operators must wear protective goggles.
(6). Must stop power can be replaced steel wire, inspection, maintenance
(7). The steel wire used in the equipment shall not be greater than 1.2mm. It is strictly prohibited to use steel wire whose diameter exceeds the requirements
(8). Please follow the correct operation procedure.
