Brief Introduction:
Model DCS-DT-1000 automatic quantitative packaging machine is an electronic weighing automatic quantitative packaging machine using the latest technology. It is suitable for the packaging of materials such as granules, sheet materials and fine particles. The whole machine feeding device arc valve is fed in three stages, and the parts of the whole structural part and the material contact part are all made of stainless steel 316L. It adopts modular design in structural design, and each component is connected by flange mouth or soft connection, which can maximize work efficiency; maintenance and cleaning is simple. The control system and pneumatic components are all world-class high-quality products. All pneumatic components are made by Schneider France, the cylinders are used by Yadeke (can be selected according to customers' requirements), and the control instruments are METTLER TOLEDO B520. The software is rich in functions and simple in operation. High reliability, ensuring continuous operation for millions of times without failure. The series of automatic quantitative packaging machine system is designed as three-stage feeding, which is composed of a combination of hopper, platform, scale body, feeding device, cutting device, metering device, bagging device, electronic control system and conveying system.

General steps:
  • Turn on the power switch and observe if the power indicator is on. If it is not lit, check if the power is connected;
  • Check each parts work normally or not;
  • Set parameters (according the Manual);
  • Turn on Automatically;
  • The worker puts the bag into the bag mouth, hangs the ton bag hanging ear on the hook of the packaging machine, starts to automatically weigh the filling after jogging, and automatically releases the bag after filling;
  • The conveyor transports the weighed bag to the transfer station, and the worker puts the next empty bag on the conveyor.
  • All procedures finish.
The system sets the weight and related parameters of the weighing---manual bagging (automatically tightening by pneumatic bagging device) ---using fast and slow feeding mode---automatically lowering to the artificial set when the set weight is reached In the bag---the filling indicator is completed when the indicator light is on, and the bag is automatically released---delivered.
