Main machine
a. Using PLC and servo motors . Drive rolls, belts, fetching bags, position, in-feed bags and sealing portion should be driven by servo motors. Product transfer, feeding, pushing, bag fetching, bag opening, trim collection are full automatic.
b. Automatically set toilet rolls into 2 columns (5-6 rolls for each column) by touch screen, then push them into bundler.
c. Into bag part: Push prefab bags by Vacuum belt and open them with sucker, then pusher push facial packs into bags.
d. Sealing:Gusset format, heat sealing and sealing edge is straight and ho burrs. This part has its own temperature control system.
e. Trim:To trim collector with vacuum system
f. Man-machine interface :For easy operation ,set parameters in the operating panel., which have keep and debugging functions.
g. Alarm: Automatically show faults easy for maintain
h. Monitor:Monitor bags and product and machine should be stop when no bags or product .
i. Prefab bags storing: 2 stores and the up is continuous.
j. Bagging: 2 columns, vertical direction to bag, right tightness and beautiful appearance.
k. Machine should be automatically bag transmission and bundling and stop and alarm when bag missing.
l. Bundling format: 2 column, 5-6 rolls/column, adjustable
m. Machine should be equipped with overload protection and machine stop at overload and could reset manually after overload and let servo system be back to initial phase (home slowly).
n. Safety control-machine should stop in 2-3 seconds after pressing Emergency Stop Button; Emergency Stop should cut off electricity, compressed air, pump,etc.
Feeding
a. Speed:assuring transmission speed ≤30 bundle/min,matching main machine.
b. Automatically smart feeding, when bundler stops, no need to eliminate rolls tissue.
c. 2 lanes conveyor have sensors and cylinders, automatically count, stop and running.
d. Use high-class belts, stainless steel or aluminium alloy at parts touching tissue.
e. Freely connect the front equipment.
f. Manual adjust when change different formats.
g. May match 1 lane to 2 lanes or 3 lanes to 2 lanes distribution.
General Description
a. Machine parts contacting tissue are SS or green PVC belts.
b. Machine body frame is welded thickening 45# steel, very firm and durable.
c. The machine is controlled by servo motor system and frequency speed control system, easy operation, convenient maintain, stable running and low-loss packing material.
d. Many kinds protect function, such as overload protection and speed auto-adjust with toilet rolls flow, saving machine parts and prolong machine's life .
e. Knife dado and cut-off blades are made of high quality steel, long-lived.
f. PLC,inverter,power, servo, reducer, man-machine interface, temperature control, sensor and other electricity elements are international good brand.
g. Control cable should be multi-core with single core over 1.5m, the one line signal cable shall be the single core cover 0.75 mwith shield covering.
h. Control cabinet adopts Germany Rittal design, double door, protect grade is IP54. Wiring arrangement is reasonable for easy maintain. Equipped with air conditioning to maintain a stable temperature inside the cabinet for normal operation of electrical components.
i. Power of driver should be 20% higher than motors; Power of inverters should be 20% higher than motors.
