The rubber capsule mounted on the QDT mud pulser is the earliest product manufactured for MWD system. This product contains two parts: the big one is a sleeve-shape compensating diaphragm and the small one is a bellow.

According to the elastomeric material used, the capsule is classified as FR (fluorine rubber) type and HNBR(Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber)type and both of them can be manufactured in response of the requests of the customers.

Special molding technology adopted by our company makes the sleeve-shape capsule without parting line, which completely avoids the defect made by the parting line.

150ºC is the max operation temperature of the rubber capsule.
