Product description
The ash tank is the most important component of the bulk ash conveying system, which is composed of the main cylinder (upper part is cylinder, lower part is vertebral body), pipeline (feed pipeline, discharge pipeline, emptying pipeline, air pipeline and some auxiliary blowing pipeline), legs, dragging and so on. The integral prying lower ash tank block can realize the function of multi-functional powder conveying and material pouring, and can be used in cement, cement and other fields. The pneumatic conveying of bulk materials such as barite and soil powder is used for cementing of drilling rigs.

Principle:
The ash tank fluidizes the powder with compressed air and conveys the material through the runner.
Feeding instructions:
1. Connect the hose quick joint of the ash truck with the ash inlet joint.
2. Close the butterfly valve of the ash outlet pipe and open the exhaust valve.
3. Start the air compressor on the ash carrier, slowly open the butterfly valve on the ash carrier, and feed the ash into the downward ash tank.
Note: In the process of ash loading, it is necessary to ensure that the empty valve of the lower ash tank is always open.
4. Stop feeding when the ash content reaches the requirement.
5. Remove the ash hose, cover the blind plate of the mouth of the ash pipe, close the exhaust valve, and complete the ash loading operation.
Discharge instructions:
1. Connect the intake pipeline and the lower ash pipeline to close the exhaust valve and the butterfly valve of the ash outlet pipe.
2. Start up the gas supply system and the gasification system. When the pressure gauge pointer of the ash tank points to more than 0.15 MPa, open the lower ash valve and start to transport materials.
3. Keep the supply pressure between 0.2 MPa and 0.3 MPa for no more than 3 minutes.
4. Close the down-ash valve when the transportation requirement is met.
5. Stop air supply, close the intake valve and slowly open the exhaust valve.
6. When the pressure drops to 0 MPa, the connecting pipeline is dismantled and the graying operation is completed.
