Operating principles:
  • The material loaded in bales or by means of spider is progressively chopped by the rotor.
  • During the rotation the rotor cuts a quantity of material proportional to the section of the rotating blade.
  • The shape and the number of blades are chosen according to the applications to optimize the cutting efficiency.
  • This peculiar operation of the single-rotor shredder enables the machine to self adjust the feeding avoiding any risk of obstruction.

Feature & Function:
The single-rotor shredders are particulary suitable for the pre-grinding of a wide range of materials.
The installation of the shredder XRYS serie  allows to automatize the grinding lines or the pre-treat-ment of the recycling plants.
By feeding the grinder with pre-cut material the production is increased and the energetic consumptions are reduced.

* Each parts' function:
* 1 Bale conveyer -conveying the raw materials into the crusher machine.
* 2 Wet crusher -It will crush the material into small pieces 24hours/day without stop, crushing with water will cool the knives and clean the crushed film firstly.
* 3 Screw conveyer -Feeding the material into next step ,and rub the material.
* 4 Floating washer -water will rinse material and separate sand from material.
* 5 Screw conveyer -Feeding the material into next step ,and rub the material.
* 6  High-speed friction washer -With water spraying, high speed rotation creates centrifugal force to strongly rub and wash material.
* 7  Drying system-Blowing the dry material into heating pipes, the hot air from heating box will also get into the pipes to dry the material.
* 8 Storage hopper -Collecting the clean film.
* 9 Electricity panel-Control the whole line.
