Hand Soap Homogeneous Emulsifier
Sanitary stainless steel high speed shear emulsifying machine is a kind of vertical installation of emulsification equioment.Stator design for claw
type coupling structure,material from the host upper and lower suction at the same time,and around the centrifugal throw. the shear homogeneous efficiency multiplied and avoid the problem of being a material dealing blind corner inside the reaction kettle top.
The product is suitable to fine,uniform,emulsification for all kinds of large and small reaction kettle,common containers.
Small capacity of emulsion can be configured with mobile lift.
High shear batch emulsifier is suitable for mixing,dispersing,shearing and homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes.
The products could be applied in food,beverage,chemical,pharmaceutical,paint&ink industry etc.The unit consists of a centrally located shaft,connected to a flanged type motor mounted on asteel housing.We have four type of different stators to suit different working condition.

Principle of Equipment
High shear dispersive emulsification is the efficient, rapid, uniform distribution of one or more phases into the other continuous phase, and in general each phase is mutually incompatible. Due to the strong kinetic energy caused by the tangential velocity and angular velocity, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and impact in the gap between stator and rotor. Tearing and turbulence, so that the immiscible solid, liquid, gas phase in the appropriate mature technology and the right amount of additives under the action of instant uniform fine dispersion emulsification, after high-frequency cycle, and finally get stable of high-quality products
