Coomassie Bright Blue ultrafast staining is a dye of Coomassie Bright Blue G250, which can be used for SDS-PAGE or non-denaturing PAGE staining, and can also be used for the detection of residual protein on PAGE gel after film transfer by Western Blot. The dyeing solution does not contain poisonous-methanol and pungent acetic acid in conventional dyeing solution. Pollution-free, non-toxic and non-irritating odor, highly environmental friendly; Dyeing with this staining solution does not require fixing, the dyeing time is shorter, and the sensitivity is high; For the 1.0 mm-thick gel, 50 ng protein could be detected after half an hour of staining. At least 20ng protein could be detected after 1 hour of staining. After staining, the protein bands can be observed after washing with pure water for 30 min or without washing.
 

1. There will be precipitation at the bottom of the bottle if the staining solution left for a period of time. Please mix it upside down before use.
2. The staining solution is acidic and slightly corrosive, therefore protective measures shall be adopted.
3. Cleaning with pure water before staining can greatly reduce the interference of SDS.
4. Please take photos as soon as possible after dyeing. Long-term immersion in pure water will lead to the loss of protein and dye.
5. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
