Anilineblue dye (10%)
Product introduction:
The anilineblue dye solution produced by our company can detect whether the plant is infected with fungus and the infected parts; It can also show the plant tissue morphology and the infected site; and show the plant tissue morphology structure.

Storage condition:
Storage at room temperature and valid for 6 months.
Usage:
1. Dewaxing paraffin sections to water: successively put the sections in xylene I20 min-xylene plus 20 min-anhydrous ethanol and add 5 min-anhydrous ethanol plus 5 min-75% alcohol for 5min, and wash them with tap water.
2. Anilineblue staining: slices were dipped into anilineblue dye solution for 5-10 min, washed with tap water, and the slices were placed in an oven at 60ºC to dry.
3. Dehydration seal: slice into xylene for 5 min transparent, neutral gum seal.
4. Microscopic examination, image acquisition and analysis.
Staining result:
Fungal hyphae are blue filaments with a light blue tissue background
Notes:
1. Tap water should be washed quickly to prevent fading.
2. Dry in the oven as soon as possible after dyeing.
