Introduction

Anionic Polyacryl-amide are co-polymers of acryl-amide with increasing proportions of acrylate groups, which give the polymers negative charges, and thus anionic active character, in aqueous solution. Nonionic Polyacryl-amide are
technically pure polyacryl-amides with neutral nonionic properties in the aqueous solution. Cationic Polyacryl-amide are co-polymers of acryl-amide with increasing proportions of cationic monomers. The cationic groups, which are thus introduced into the polymer, have positive charges in aqueous solution.

1. Primary sewage treatment.

Usually, Anionic polymer in combination with organic coagulants can reduce the biological loading of ihe secondary treatment. Additionally, adding polymers to accelerate settlement speed in the primary clarifiers which will reduce clarifiers' volume and save more costs.

2. Activated sludge treatment.

Products choose are entirely depend on the application, normally a medium to high charge cationic polymer is required.

3. Digested sludge treatment.

PolyAluminiumChloride Instructions:
In order to achieve the flocculation effect and economic benefits, the user can determine the dosage by experiments according to different raw water turbidity, different seasons and different pool shapes. The liquid product is formulated as a 5-10% aqueous solution, and the solid product is formulated as a 3-5% aqueous solution (calculated as the weight of the product). The higher the turbidity of raw water is, the thinner the solution should be, the more dosage is needed, and the flocculation effect is good.

PolyAluminiumChloride Precautions:
a. Water treatment agents of different manufacturers or different brands cannot be mixed and must not be mixed with other chemicals.
b. The stock solution and diluent are slightly corrosive, but lower than other inorganic coagulants.
