JINGXUE Loading & Unloading Warehouse Stationary Hydraulic Dock Leveler:

The electric dual cylinder hydraulic dock leveler is designed for customers who often use trucks of various heights to load goods. When there is a height difference between the truck carriage and the platform, the hydraulic dock leveler can adjust the height difference to form a follow-up slope (It can vary with the height of the truck due to empty and full load). The forklift truck can load and unload goods directly on the truck through the hydraulic dock leveler, which greatly improves the efficiency of loading and unloading. Its operation is extremely simple, When the truck stops in place, you just need to press and hold a button, the hydraulic dock leveler can automatically rise to the highest, and then open the tongue plate to automatically lap onto the truck to load and unload the goods. When the loading and unloading work is finished, you only need to press the button, and it will return to the original position. Its basic structure contains many security functions: Once the truck suddenly slides open during loading, the pressure sensor in the hydraulic system immediately detects the sudden change, the emergency stop valve starts immediately to prevent the platform from moving, and the dual cylinder system can stably support the weight of forklift and goods to prevent accidents happen. In addition, toe protectors keep feet from being pinched. The arc tongue plate can avoid dead angle when the hydraulic dock leveler is up. All hydraulic dock levelers are manufactured in accordance with European EN1398 standard. The operation of the mechanism, including platform and tongue plate, is completed by full hydraulic electric control.
