1. Description
Soil stabilizer polymer emulsion HN-541 is used for the hardening of soil roads. By spraying the curing agent, stirring the soil, and compacting with a road roller, a waterproof and hard road with a specific strength to walk and for vehicle passing is formed. Polymer emulsion properties affect the strength of the road, water resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance.
 

It is a heavy duty and robust polymer emulsion specifically formulated for haul roads, high traffic access roads and hardstand and lay-down areas. An environmentally sound formulation for efficient dust control and stabilization.

b.Storage and transportation:
1.This chemical should be stored in a ventilated and dry room, avoiding direct sunlight.
2.Transport and store in the 5^oC-35^oC environment.
3.Shelf life is 1 year from the date of first use.

c.Safety notice:
The water-based polymer emulsion is non-toxic and non-flammable. If it splashes into the eyes, it should be washed with plenty of water immediately.

2. How long is your lead time?
The regular lead time is 5-10 days. It depends on the quantity. Please consult our sales before placing an order.

3. Do you provide free samples? Are the samples free of charge or need to be paid?
Yes, we provide free samples for you to do tests. 0.5kg to 1kg for each type. Samples are free of charge but the freight is collected.

4. What are the terms of payment?
a. For small orders less than $1,000.00 USD, full payment before shipping is required.
b. For orders over $1,000.00 USD, T/T is standard. 30% is required as down payment and the balance is fully paid before shipping.

5. How about your research ability? Do you offer technical support?
